Website Design

All prices listed are based on an average charge. Your web pages may be higher depending on the complexity of the design.
Because the world wide web is rather anonymous, a good faith deposit of one half (1/2) of the initial agreed upon fee is required before work will be started. The balance, which will include any additional charges incurred during the work on the site, is due after approval but before the site is uploaded to the server.
The final price includes a use license for the images. Mi Designs retains the copyright and the images could possibly be used again on another site. If you prefer to own the design exclusively, there will be an additional charge of $100.00 and the copyright will be turned over to you and you alone.
My normal hourly rate is $50.00.

PSP Tubes

The Paint Shop Pro Tubes are considered free-ware. There are no reciprocal link requirements and they may be used on business or personal sites. They MAY NOT be included in any other tube packages. Mi Designs retains the copyright on all designs.

Blade Pro Presets

The Blade Pro Presets are considered free-ware. There are no reciprocal link requirements and they may be used on business or personal sites. They MAY NOT be included in any other preset packages. Mi Designs retains the copyright on all designs.

Seamless Tiles

The seamless tiles are considered free-ware. There are no reciprocal link requirements and they may be used on business or personal sites. They MAY NOT be included in any other background packages. Mi Designs retains the copyright on all designs.

Border Backgrounds and Sets

The border backgrounds and sets are considered link-ware. This means that if you use any of the borders or background sets an icon which links back to Mi Designs must be displayed on the same page that the background is on. Many sets will have their own logo icon. If they do not, or for some reason you would rather use a different logo, go here to see additional link icons. Please remember, the credit logo can not be placed on a "credit" or "link" page, it must be placed on the same page the background is on.
Link-ware may be used on personal or business sites. They MAY NOT be included in any other design packages. Mi Designs retains the copyright on all designs. If you really like one of the sets and want it for your very own, there is a $100.00 license fee and the set or border will be removed from this site. *NOTE: Mi Designs can not be responsible for other sites which may have used the border or set prior to your acquisition of it.
